Business Development Associate - Internship

Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation and market research to identify potential clients, as well as creating and delivering presentations. The role will provide exposure to various aspects of the recruitment industry and the opportunity to develop client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
 Assist in creating and implementing strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand our client base.
 Develop. and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and other business development activities.
 Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
 Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations with clients to showcase our services and offerings.
 Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
 Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts using CRM software.
 Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Requirements:
 Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the business development field.
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
 Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus but not required.
 Knowledge of the staffing industry and recruitment processes is preferred,
