Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Noida. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or chat. The role involves providing information about our products and services, resolving product or service problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Customer Service. Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a customer service or support role
Fluency in English and Hindi
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
