Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Faridabad. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing efficient and timely customer service.

 Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
 Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
 Customer Experience skills
 Excellent communication skills both. verbally and in writing
 Ability to work with a team and independently, and handle high-stress situations
 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Fluent in English and Hindi
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
 Experience in a customer service role is a plus
