Customer Service Representative

Company Description

LifeWall is a company based in New Delhi that transforms outdoor spaces such as terraces, lawns and backyards to create inviting spaces for friends and family to gather. The company employs professional designers, engineers and installers to turn clients" vision for their outdoor space into a reality.

Role and Responsiblities
 Receive and process customer inquiries.
 Pre-qualify incoming inquiries.
 Schedule client appointments at our Experience Centre.
 Follow up with customers to finalize orders.
 Complete project order closure documentation.
 Coordinate with the design Team for order closure.

Qualifications
 Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
 Ability to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
 Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
 Associate's. or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. Candidates should also possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills,
