Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Health Click Away in New Delhi. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on the app.

Exp Required - 1-2 years of exp in Customer Service industry with excellent communication skills

CTC - 15-20k per month

Qualifications
 Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
 Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Ability to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues
 Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
 Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
