Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative located in New Delhi. The International Customer Service Representative will be responsible for customer service, customer support, customer experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include answering customer queries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications
 Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
 Experience. in handling customer inquiries and complaints
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
 Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
 Bachelor's degree in any field
