Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located at Bhubaneswar. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coaching the sales team, developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships with clients, setting sales targets, and reporting sales results.

Qualifications
 Proven experience in sales management and business development
 Excellent communication and. interpersonal skills
 Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
 Strong leadership and coaching skills
 Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
 Ability to drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and empowerment
 Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
 5+ years of relevant experience in sales management and business development,
