We have a proven track record of partnering with top brands like Activision, Samsung, Netflix, and more. We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with a strong ad sales background to drive growth by bringing new brands into our ad sales ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities across industries (EdTech, tech, retail, FMCG, etc.) to utilize Warrior Streamings platform for ad sales and brand partnerships. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to position Warrior Streaming as a preferred media and advertising platform for brands. Media Sales: Utilize your expertise in programmatic platforms like Meta, Google Ads, or other digital ecosystems to offer effective solutions to brands. Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at companies to expand their use of Warrior Streaming for ad sales. Ad Sales Product Evangelism: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Warrior Streamings ad sales products to brands, marketers, and agencies, ensuring alignment with their marketing goals. Cross-Industry Networking: Leverage an extensive network within media sales and ad sales, connecting with potential partners from EdTech, e-commerce, and programmatic platforms. Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with internal teams (ad operations, marketing, tech) to ensure seamless integration of ad campaigns for clients. Sales Target Achievement: Drive revenue by hitting and exceeding sales targets for brand partnerships and ad sales. Required Skills & Experience: 6-8+ years of experience in ad sales, business development, or media sales, preferably within programmatic platforms like Meta, Google Ads, or other digital marketing services. Strong connections in media sales across various industries, including but not limited to EdTech, e-commerce, and digital advertising platforms. Proven track record of building long-term client relationships and successfully driving ad sales or programmatic campaigns. Expertise in digital marketing solutions with an understanding of how to position a product to meet brand objectives. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to offer innovative solutions to brands. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Desired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Previous experience working in or with companies like Meta, Google Ads, EdTech, or other programmatic advertising platforms. A well-established professional network in media and ad sales.
