Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at D'quor Spaces Co. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations of one of our projects in Pali - Khopoli region, responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring maximum conversions.
THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE TRAVELLING FREQUENTLY. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Minimum 3-5 years of Experience in real estate sales and knowledge of the local market
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Past experience of working in plots and villa sales will be an advantage
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Real estate license or certification is a plus,
