Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Residential (Closing) for the project located in Kalyan west region. The role involves overseeing the sales process, from lead generation to the final sale, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for developer and buyers.
Qualifications
5 -7 years Experience in Luxury / premium residential Real Estate sales
Experience handling HNI clients with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Sales Management, Marketing, and Real Estate expertise
Lead Generation and Customer Relationship Management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Well versed with the project location geography and its micro market trends and competition
Knowledge of the local languages (Sindhi, Marathi, Hindi) is a plus.
