Itinerary Planning: Designing and organizing travel itineraries based on clients" preferences and budget.
Booking and Reservation: Handling the booking of flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip to ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues that may arise.
Market Research: Keeping up to date with travel trends, destination information, and any changes in travel regulations.
Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure repeat business and access to the best deals.
Documentation and Administration: Managing all necessary travel. documents such as tickets, travel insurance, and itineraries.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: A degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or related fields is often preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry is highly beneficial.
