    Job Summary: As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our travel services. You will develop relationships with clients, understand their travel needs, and provide tailored travel solutions that exceed expectations. Your role involves both direct client interactions and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Present and sell travel products and services to current and prospective clients. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. Travel Consultation: Understand clients" travel preferences and requirements, offering personalized travel packages. Provide clients with detailed information on travel destinations, accommodations, and transport options. Offer advice on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other travel-related inquiries. Booking & Coordination: Handle travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for clients. Monitor and manage booking changes, cancellations, and special requests. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging destinations. Provide insights and recommendations for new travel packages or promotional offers based on market demand. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning and booking process. Address and resolve any client issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and encourage repeat business. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using travel booking systems and CRM software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
