Job Overview:
As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages to both outbound and inbound customers. This dynamic role requires a keen understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on destinations, and coordinate all aspects of their travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients interested in outbound travel experiences.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and travel aspirations.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Customized Itineraries: Design and propose personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring a unique and unforgettable experience.
Booking Management: Facilitate the booking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reservations, ticketing, and accommodation arrangements.
Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services, upgrades, or complementary products to enhance the customer's travel experience.
General Responsibilities:
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and market trends, providing feedback to enhance the company's offerings.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.

Proficiency in using sales and booking systems.
Education:
