Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chardham Yatra Specialist at Dream Tour Planner in Delhi, India. The Chardham Yatra Specialist will be responsible for planning and coordinating tours for clients who wish to embark on the Chardham Yatra pilgrimage. The Specialist will be responsible for creating customized itineraries, booking transportation and accommodations, and ensuring that all aspects of the trip run smoothly. This role will require regular communication with clients, suppliers, and other travel professionals.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the Chardham Yatra pilgrimage and related destinations in Uttarakhand
Experience in planning and coordinating travel itineraries
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional language skills are a plus)
Familiarity with travel industry software and tools, such as booking platforms and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience working with international or religious tourism is preferred,
