Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Reservation Specialist &Salesperson to join our team. You will play a crucial role in exceeding sales targetsand revenue goals by generating new business opportunities, managing clientrelationships, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential B2B clients, including corporate travel departments, travel management companies (TMCs), and other organizations.
oDevelop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within clientorganizations.oProactively promote our comprehensive travel solutions (corporate travel programs,group tours, MICE, etc.) tailored to B2B needs.
o Prepare compelling proposals and presentations highlighting the value proposition of our services.
o Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Reservation Management:
o Process and manage corporate travel bookings efficiently and accurately (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.)
o Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution oftravel arrangements.
o Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, handling inquiries, changes, and resolving any issues promptly.
Account Management:
o Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of assigned corporate clients.
o Analyze client needs and preferences to propose customized travel solutions.
o Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
o Identify and upsell additional travel services to existing clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of the B2B travel market and corporate travel needs.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)software is a plus.
Experience with travel booking systems (GDS) is a plus.
Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
