This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager at MAVI IT SERV LLP in Gurugram. And Noida As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Roles and Responsibilities:
Cold Calling.( 70-80 effective calls /day)
Sales Closures.
Client Acquisition & Business Development.
Revenue Generation.
Referential lead generation & sales management.
Management of complete sales process, account management and problem-solving attitude.
Coordinating with internal teams: operations, finance, IT, etc., for smooth business functioning and business development.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.

Work days: Monday Friday (5 days)
