Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for selling holiday packages and deals, and ensuring that clients have an enjoyable and hassle-free holiday experience. Other responsibilities include interacting with clients, maintaining records, and monitoring the quality of offered services.

Qualifications
 Prior experience or a background in sales, marketing or customer service along with good communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, and proficiency in one or more regional languages
 Good knowledge of the travel industry, domestic and international travel destinations, and travel products and services
 Adept at using various technologies including Microsoft Office tools, Graphical User Interface tools, basic web design tools, customer relationship management tools, and social media platforms
 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
 A Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field,
