We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 5-10 years of expertise in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and propose effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and target new business opportunities within the IT services sector.

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

 Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

 Collaborate with internal teams (software development, project management) to ensure client satisfaction.

 Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.

 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

 Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

 Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports for management.

 Stay updated with industry developments and competitors activities.

Qualifications:

 5-10 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry.

 Strong understanding of custom software development, and mobile app development.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

 Experience working with clients across various sectors and geographies.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
