    Job Title: Business Development Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries. Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and opportunities for business growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how our IT solutions can address those needs and add value to their organization. Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Identify market trends and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients, outlining our solutions and value proposition. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and adapt our offerings to meet evolving customer demands. Networking and Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
