Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager for IT company, we will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new and existing business opportunities. Primary goal is to drive revenue growth and

increase market share by fostering relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
 Engage with the leads generated by BDE to establish new business relationships and closing of leads.
 Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
 Handling accounts of client from meeting to closure of sales and after sales
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and objectives.
 Should have worked in Distributor / Channel partner B2B sales of any IOT / Industrial automation-based product.
 Collaborate with the sales and marketing terms to create compelling sales collateral, presentation, and promotion for channel partners.
 Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
 Prepare. and deliver sales forecasts, progress reports, and other performance metrics to the management team.
 Responsible for creating Channel Partners (Dealer, Distributors).
 Negotiate and close deals to acquire new clients.
 Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay updated on IT industry trends.
 Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and opportunities for growth.
 Work with legal terms to ensure all agreements and compliant and legally sound.

Required Skills:

 Familiarity with IT project management and delivery processes.

 Previous experience in identifying and evaluating potential partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to expand market reach.
