Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager position at Varni Chemicals in Ahmedabad. The role entails working with cross-functional teams, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, market analysis and creating business plans, and managing client relationships. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, and striving towards mutual growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required for this role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, creating business plans, conducting market analysis, and. developing and maintaining client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other business applications is required.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently is a must.
Experience in the chemical or related industries is preferred.
A self-starter who is driven to succeed and can work independently and within a team.
Salary will be commensurate with experience,
