- Role Description
The Customer Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service and increasing sales revenue by selling products to customers. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur Nagar. The Customer Sales Executive will be required to make outbound calls to customers and actively engage with them, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to meet customer needs. Additionally, the Customer Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build lasting customer relationships and nurture customer loyalty
Experience in sales, lead generation, and meeting sales targets
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience in outbound calling and cold calling is. preferred
Fluent in English,
