- Job Description: Tele Caller and sales executive
Location : Chakluwa
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales executive and tele caller. This role will be responsible for building relationship with the existing farmers as well as potential farmers, achieving the given sales target and performing all the sale related assigned tasks .
Location: Chakluwa (Haldwani)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote sales
2. Engage with prospects in a courteous and professional manner to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide information.
3. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products and services to generate interest and stimulate sales opportunities.
4. Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and. sales leads using CRM software or designated databases.
6. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations in a timely manner to nurture relationships, address concerns, and close sales deals.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to achieve sales targets and objectives.
8. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
9. Provide timely and responsive customer support, assistance, and resolution of issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position our offerings and capitalize on sales opportunities.
11. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and performance.
12. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products, network with potential clients, and build brand awareness.
13. Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads, create marketing collateral, and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
14. Adhere to sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs to measure and evaluate individual and team performance against established goals.
15. Uphold the company's values, code of ethics, and standards of professionalism in all interactions and business dealings.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
2. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or direct sales roles, preferably in the horticultural, agricultural, or related industries.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop long-term relationships with clients and customers.
5. Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
6. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales productivity tools for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
9. Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements, market conditions, and customer preferences.
11. Knowledge of horticultural products, technologies, and industry trends is desirable but not mandatory.
12. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, sales presentations, and business development activities.
13. Commitment to continuous learning, skill development, and career advancement in sales and marketing roles.
14. Ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of sales and customer interactions.
15. Fluency in additional languages besides English may be advantageous, depending on the target market and customer base.
