Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the copyright music licensing industry, and a passion for protecting intellectual property. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

o Identify and target potential clients within the copyright music licensing industry, including businesses, broadcasters, and creators.

o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

o Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.

2. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

o Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:

o Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including copyright music licensing solutions.

o Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings.

4. Negotiation and Closing:

o Lead negotiations with clients, addressing objections and finding mutually beneficial solutions to close deals.

o Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

o Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and potential improvements to the sales process.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the copyright, intellectual property, or music licensing industries.
 Strong understanding of copyright laws, licensing, and intellectual property management.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
 Proficiency in using sales tools and software.
 Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
