- Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base by visiting potential clients, presenting products or services, and closing sales deals. The role involves a significant amount of travel within a designated area, building relationships with clients, and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Visit potential and existing clients to present company products or services and explain their benefits.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct follow-up meetings and calls to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
Market Research & Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
Gather and report market intelligence to the sales manager, including customer feedback and competitor strategies.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
Sales Planning & Reporting:
Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve assigned targets within the designated territory.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
Prepare and deliver sales contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
Work closely with the sales manager to finalize contracts and coordinate product delivery or service implementation.
Promotional Activities:
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Distribute marketing materials and provide product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to share market insights, strategies, and best practices.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales planning and strategy development.
Provide feedback on product improvements or new product opportunities based on client interactions.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
