Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare technology sales, specifically in selling SaaS services.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
 Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
 Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
 Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market needs.
 Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within sales and marketing.
 Proven experience in healthcare technology sales and SaaS services.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
 Track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
 Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
