Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing efforts for the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share, build strong customer relationships, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market penetration.
 Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs in the electrical equipment industry.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including electrical contractors, distributors, and end-users.
 Lead the sales team to effectively promote products, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
 Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, and advertising, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
 Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree/ Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.
 Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving targets.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to drive strategic decision-making.
 Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
 Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and industry events.,
