PES has an in-house manufacturing facility to produce many of its products, including a well-equipped factory in Haryana that manufactures almost all components required in modular Operation theaters as per international standards. PES also provides design consultancy services for various hospital infra-structure systems and specializes in healthcare.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, building relationships with key clients, and analyzing market trends. Additionally, the Sales Marketing Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of pending projects and enhance existing partnerships ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
 Experience in B2B Sales and Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry
 Strong leadership and collaboration skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
 Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques
 Ability to create and manage budgets, as well as meet sales targets
 An advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields is preferred but not required.
 A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
