Experienced in cable manufacturing industry, Exposure in Africa, Middle East and US countries

Lead Generation and Market Expansion:

Conduct research to develop new leads and agents in potential and existing markets for direct tenders and business opportunities.

Strategic Growth:

Drive business development efforts to support strategic growth goals and operational plans for various programs.

Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research to qualify business opportunities, assess the viability of future proposals, and explore potential business partnerships or project opportunities.

Capture Management:

Serve as a capture manager to develop leads and opportunities, create teaming strategies, negotiate proposals, and conduct price-to-win assessments.

Status Reporting:

Participate in target and bid reviews, providing feedback to senior management on the status of capture efforts and the viability of continued investment in business opportunities.

Transition and Proposal Process:

Ensure a successful transition from the capture phase to the proposal process and contribute to policy development to enhance business development.

International Travel:


Financial Analysis and Deal Evaluation:

Conduct preliminary financial analysis for each deal, perform in-depth market analysis, and create monthly marketing reports and presentations.

Deal Coordination and Closure:

Act as a liaison between buyers and the production team, coordinating with departments for deal closures and preparing product briefs based on market research.

Marketing and Team Leadership:

Oversee the development of marketing collaterals, lead factory inspections and audits, manage international approvals and accreditation, and guide the international business team to work as a cohesive unit.,
