Role Description This is a full-time role for an Digital Marketing Manager|| Lead Generation || B2B AND SAAS Marketing at Innova ESI. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading lead generation strategies. The role will involve working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, conducting market research, managing projects, and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns. This is a hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Experience in Information Technology, Sales, and Marketing Demonstrated expertise in Market Research and Project Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Knowledge of B2B and SAAS marketing strategies Ability to work independently and collaboratively 7+ years of experience in digital marketing Immediate joiner preferred Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus Demand Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate demand and drive lead generation. Digital PR: Manage and enhance the company's online presence through strategic digital public relations initiatives. Content Development: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various channels to engage our target audience. Sponsorships and Events: Plan and execute sponsorship opportunities and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Brand Building: Strategically build and strengthen our B2B brand presence in the market. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation, digital PR, content marketing, and events Proven track record in building and enhancing B2B brands Go-getter attitude with strong initiative and drive Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient in marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies Experience-7 to 16 Years Notice Period- Immediate Joiner Location-Noida/Delhi NCR/Gurgaon Mode-Hybrid Please share resume on below mail id hidden_email,
