Vacancy for Entire India for Arthroscopy Division (Sports Medicine)

Activities:

- New Distributor appointments.

- Business Development and generate business through meeting with the distributors and surgeons.

- Participate in various conferences and events.

- Organised educational events for our products like saw bone & cadaver workshop

- Bringing Sales volumes and achieving pre-set sales Target month wise and year wise.

- Build strong sales and marketing team.

Required skills:

- Orthopedics Implants and Instruments (Medical Devices) Sales background persons preferences first.

- Maintaining good relationships with the Distributors and Surgeons.

- Knowledge of competitive products available in markets.

- Launching/Introducing new products in the market using different marketing tools.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
 5+ years proven sales experience in Orthopaedic Implants and Instruments with a record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
 Detailed and technical knowledge of Orthopaedic Implants and Instruments market and trends
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales team
 Able to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
 Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
 Able to develop and maintain good customer relationships
 Willing to travel within the region and locally
