- Job Description:
We're seeking a maverick sales head to build and execute our go-to-market strategy and create our sales function. You'll play a crucial role in curating our sales processes, hunting and closing our first deals, and scaling our revenue operations closely with the founders.
About Us: Curated Legal Tech (www.curatedtechnologies.in) is a legal tech company which builds automated compliance assessment, reporting and mitigating systems for businesses.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, Full time on site
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, including prospecting new strategic partnerships, managing existing accounts, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
Build and lead a high-performing sales team as we grow
Establish sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs
Conduct product demo, highlighting the value proposition and addressing client needs
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, negotiating and close deals, ensuring successful contract finalization
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, accurately forecasting sales projections and reporting on progress against targets to senior management.
Provide regular updates and feedback to internal stakeholders on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity, contributing to continuous improvement and optimization of sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) products to CIOs in businesses or legal industry clients.
Proven track record of success in driving sales revenue and exceeding targets, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.
Experience Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience building and scaling a sales team from scratch
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and strategies
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred:
Experience selling to CIOs or legal tech solutions sales.
Keen to learn AI/ML technologies and their applications in legal processes
Network of contacts within the CIO, GCs network
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
