Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales pipeline. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and a keen understanding of our products/services. The Sales Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and more.
Build and maintain a database of prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Outreach:
Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential as customers.
Lead Qualification:
Conduct in-depth conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and buying intent.
Collaborate with sales team members to determine the appropriate next steps in the sales process.
Data Management:
Record and maintain detailed notes on prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Regularly update and clean the lead database to ensure accuracy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
Provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, including key metrics such as conversion rates and lead quality.
Alliance Partner:
Develop, support and strengthen relationships with executives, sales, marketing, and operations with key partners.
Create and implement business development and demand generation plans with assigned partners to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar sales lead generation or business development role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* Lead generation experience in the US/North America would be preferred,
