We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our international sales team as
International Sales Representatives. Whether you're a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career
or an experienced sales professional looking for new challenges, this role offers an exciting
opportunity to drive sales growth in the global market. As an International Sales Representative, you
will be responsible for expanding our international customer base, building strong relationships with
clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and international markets for our products/services.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our presence globally.
3. Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events.
4. Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of our products/services.
6. Negotiate terms and close sales deals with international clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and delivery of high-quality solutions.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and global market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
10. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
For Freshers:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/MBA, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
3. Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and willingness to learn.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM software.
For Experienced Professionals (in addition to the above):
1. Proven track record of success in international sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and build strong client relationships.
3. Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans for international markets.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients and maximizing sales opportunities.
5. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
6. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in analysing sales data to drive decision-making.
