vConstruct is looking for a sales and outreach manager who is passionate towards identifying, connecting and engaging on opportunities in the market that enables building better, smarter, faster by leveraging construction technology.
The sales and outreach manager will work closely with the business leader and the operations team to understand the business needs and deep understanding of our services and products. It is an outward facing role focused on sales and outreach functions to enable business development.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Execution:
Collaborate with the business leader at vConstruct to understand products and services market positioning.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop an approach for sales and outreach that is based on keen market understanding and establishing unique positioning of the products and services based on value-based pricing.
Identify and target new business opportunities in the construction management sector.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Outreach and Networking:
Develop and execute outreach plans to build the network and expand our market presence.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create outreach campaigns and promotional materials.
4. Team Collaboration and development:
Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide feedback and insights to improve our service offerings based on client interactions.
5. Sales Operations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree in construction management, Business Administration (MBA) or a related field would be a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction management, planning or cost consulting or BIM consulting services or products.
8-10 years of experience in construction management on complex projects like Data centers, Healthcare, Hospitality or Life sciences.
Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and technology-enabled construction management solutions like visual planning, AR, VR, Laser Scanning, Data Science and Analytics, AI/ML, mobile apps etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with a proven track record of successfully leading and empowering teams.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed for sales and outreach functions.
Strong work ethics and can-do attitude.,
