Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Manager at EstateDekho in Hyderabad. The Tele Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of tele sales representatives, developing sales strategies, conducting sales calls, and meeting sales targets on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Proven experience in tele sales and sales management
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of real estate industry and property sales
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
