Role Description
This is a full-time (with some work from home flexibility) Academic Tele Sales role located in Ghaziabad. The person in this role will be responsible for generating leads, initiating and maintaining relationships with individual students and closing the leads. The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively with educators and parents and build relationships which lead to new or increased business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in. Sales, Marketing, Education, or relevant field
Demonstrated success in sales (preferably within the education industry or relevant field)
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with educators and parents
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends during peak enrollment periods
Dedication to providing excellent customer service and achieving sales goals,
