    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will assist the manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of B2B sales.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Assist the manager in day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, Team Meetings, B2B Sales, Handing the sales Rigor.

    Provide support in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.

    Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

    Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Requirements:

    Minimum 4 Years of Team Handing experience.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

    Previous experience in B2B sales and B2B Telesales will be preferred.

    Previous experience in a supervisory role or relevant industry.

    Strong leadership and communication skills.

    Excellent problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

    Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
