We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Manager to lead our tele sales team in promoting and selling our investment products & services to a wide range of potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, a. deep understanding of investment products, and a proven track record in tele sales management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth and contribute to the financial success of our clients. Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of tele sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies, campaigns, and scripts to drive lead generation and conversion. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback, training, and performance improvement plans as needed. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and product updates. Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline data. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, growth, and professional development. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of at least 4 years in tele sales, with 1 year in team management. In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and fintech industry trends. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and team development. Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite,
