We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a corporate gifting company. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the corporate gifting market in India, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in various industries for corporate gifting solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Targets and Performance: Set ambitious sales targets, monitor sales performance, and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the corporate gifting industry.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and customer service.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
