Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for fine jewelry. The Luxury Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring an extraordinary shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead and participate actively in converting sales, to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized service and a deep understanding of their preferences and needs.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our jewelry collections, including the history, craftsmanship, and unique attributes of each piece.
Visual Merchandising: Work with marketing team to oversee the presentation and display of merchandise, ensuring the lounge reflects the brand's luxury image and standards.
Sales Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
Events and Promotions: Work with marekting team to plan in-store events, promotions, and special campaigns to attract and engage high-net-worth clients.
Customer Feedback: Gather and act on customer feedback to continually enhance the customer experience and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-end clientele.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of luxury and current market trends.
Proficiency in microsoft and ability to create reports
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
