Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive at Advist Global will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through digital channels, managing customer relationships, and closing sales to contribute to the companys growth and revenue objectives. The role will leverage technology to conduct sales operations remotely, aligning with the companys emphasis on digital solutions.
Requirements
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Utilize various online platforms to generate leads.
- Implement cold calling and email marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
2. Consultative Selling
- Understand clients" needs and recommend suitable digital solutions provided by Advist Global.
- Provide online demos and presentations to prospective clients.
3. Negotiating and Closing Deals
- Conduct negotiations to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Successfully close deals and achieve sales targets consistently.
4. Sales Process Management
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics and pipeline status to management.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Share best practices with team members and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Market Sensitivity
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics and feedback.
