*Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record in international sales to join our team in Noida. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals primarily through remote communication channels.
*Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and identify potential sales opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.
3. Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to address their needs.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding our customer. base.
5. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients, outlining the benefits and features of our products/services.
8. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
9. Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management,
