    We are hiring for our client - SmartVizX. Overview The Inside Sales Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by engaging potential customers, promoting products or services, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. This role is essential in building and maintaining customer relationships and driving revenue growth for the organization. Key Responsibilities Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services Assisting with lead generation and qualification Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Using CRM software to manage and update customer information Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information Participating in sales meetings and training sessions Contributing to the development of sales strategies and tactics Assisting in the preparation of sales and marketing materials Supporting the development and implementation of sales campaigns Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities Providing administrative support to the sales team Tracking and reporting on sales activities and results Adhering to sales processes and guidelines Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Required Qualifications Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies Customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment Skills: fast-paced environment,attention to detail,sales,sales tactics,sales and marketing materials preparation,inside sales,teamwork,organizational skills,market research,marketing,adaptability,analytical skills,problem-solving,sales principles,crm software,business administration,customer engagement,microsoft office,administrative support,customer satisfaction,lead generation,interpersonal skills,communication skills,customer relationship management,
