    Job Title: Inside Sales Intern Stipend: Paid Duration: 5 months Location: Nagpur Glad to connect with you!! Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Assist in identifying sales opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline. Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and other pre-sales documents. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Conduct research on potential clients and industries to better position our offerings. Assist in developing strategies to expand our customer base and enter new markets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new business ideas and strategies. Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Support the sales team in lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-up activities. Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management. Ensure smooth coordination between different departments to meet client expectations and project deadlines. Represent the company professionally in all interactions, both written and verbal. Requirements Currently pursuing a Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in marketing and sales, with a desire to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in lead generation and customer engagement. Basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Sound knowledge of lead generation techniques and stakeholder management practices. Experience or familiarity with sales executive roles, inside sales, and business development processes. Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities. Maintain and expand prospect database to generate pipeline.
