Orama Solutions LLP, a leader in AI machine vision technology with a strong presence in the automotive industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation and Inside Sales Specialist. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business by identifying and nurturing potential clients, converting leads into sales opportunities, and supporting the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and inside sales, with a deep understanding of the B2B sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and referrals.
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure they are the right fit for Orama Solutions" offerings.
Inside Sales:
Conduct initial outreach and follow-up communications with prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Present Orama Solutions" AI machine vision products and services to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and pain points.
Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities, setting up meetings for the senior sales team or closing smaller deals independently.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation and sales activities in the CRM system.
Track and report on key metrics, such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and machine vision.
Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Represent Orama Solutions at industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand the company's network and generate new leads.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology, AI, or automotive sectors.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Ability to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales challenges.
