Innorenovate is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist for one of our clients in the Edutech domain. Working hours: 0hidden_mobile hrs
6 days working (Saturdays are half day)Experience: 2-5 years
Key responsibilities:
1. Customer calls, WhatsApp, emails - new leads and renewal
2. Plan and organize batches and assist with customer interaction
3. Find the right partners and collaborators
4. Work on the referral program
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
6. Work on school emails/messages - occasionally going and visiting schools to fix meetings
