Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellors to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping tech professionals advance their careers through our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

 Engage with prospective tech candidates and provide detailed information about our corporate training and on-the-job training programs.

 Guide applicants through the entire admission process, answering queries, and assisting with application submissions.

 Achieve and exceed admission targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.

 Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospective students using our CRM system.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for attracting and converting leads.

Qualifications:

 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or tech sector.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Bachelors degree in any discipline.,
