Location: Chennai
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen interest in technology and industrial asset management solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing inbound leads, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive growth.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or related technology sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Industrial Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, or CMMS platforms.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and IoT.
Experience in selling cloud-based solutions.,
