Role Description -
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for PrimaVerse's range of engineering services. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to build relationships, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities -
Lead Generation and Qualification - Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Target Achievement - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
Relationship Building - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Customer Satisfaction - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, addressing any concerns promptly, and exceeding expectations.
Collaboration - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
CRM Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the company's CRM system.
Qualifications -
Proven track record - Demonstrated success in inside sales or lead generation, preferably within the engineering or technology industry.
Target-driven - A strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Exceptional communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Relationship building - Proven ability to establish rapport and build trust with prospects and clients.
Customer-centric - A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Team player - Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
Technical aptitude - A basic understanding of engineering principles or a willingness to learn.
Bachelor's degree - In Business, Engineering, or a related field.
